At ABC Monavale your child’s well-being and sense of belonging is very important to us. We are committed to providing children with a fun, happy, positive and encouraging environment for them to learn and grow. We believe that having strong relationships with our children and families/whanau is vital in ensuring quality care and education. Teachers encourage and support children to be confident and active explorers, to value friendships and to have a caring heart towards others around them.
We have loads of excellent age-specific resources to help your child learn and develop to their full potential. Our caring and qualified teachers will nurture and extend your child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
We facilitate parent evenings and have lots of special events/days at the centre based on children’s current interests. The centre is part of the Healthy Heart Foundation programme in which we promote active movement and healthy eating with the children to ensure they have a healthy body, mind and spirit to learn and explore! Nutritious morning and afternoon tea are also baked on site.
