Our goal is to build strong partnerships with parents to provide rich learning for children. We believe that parents are the most important teachers of all. Our role is to develop partnerships with parents and whānau to get to know children and work together to provide a meaningful learning environment. We believe that whānau have a lot to offer, and we encourage parents to take an active part in our centre programme to ensure all cultures are recognised and included in our centre.

We see children as competent, confident learners. We are passionate about working alongside children to develop positive relationships. We work collaboratively with children to support them to learn and grow through their play. We believe it is important that children are provided with a variety of experiences to learn to explore, inquire, think and communicate.
We acknowledge that learning is a life time process and we value that importance ourselves. We want to work with you to learn about your child’s interests and provide a meaningful programme through projects, music and movement and extension time with the older children. It is our pleasure to build relationships with children and be a special part of their learning journey.
