I grew up in Queensland, Australia, but spent the last eight years in Western Australia. We came to New Zealand at the start of 2009. We just bought a house and are enjoying renovating and gardening. We also love the New Zealand outdoors! I’ve been working in childcare for six years now, however I have 10 years primary school experience, mostly teaching years 1 and 2.
I love working in Early Childhood Education (ECE) because this is where you can make a difference in giving children the opportunity to be the best at they can be and we can be a part of fostering interests in a ‘family’ atmosphere.
